How It Works

If you’re a new customer buying a Reseller Panel for the first time, choose “New Reseller.” If you’re topping up credits for an existing panel, select “Current Reseller.” Then, select the number of credits you want to purchase (1 credit = 1 month of IPTV). During checkout, enter a username and password in the reseller panel info box for new panels, or provide your existing username for credit top-ups. Complete your purchase and submit payment. Once payment is received, we’ll set up or credit your reseller panel and send you the login details.

With full access to the reseller panel, you’ll be able to create lines and use credits to activate or renew customer subscriptions directly from your panel.

Terms: After each purchase, your year-to-date spending will be reviewed and your VIP tier updated accordingly. Annual spend is calculated from order subtotals (taxes excluded). What is a credit?

A credit serves as a token to activate an IPTV subscription, with each credit providing one month of service. You purchase credits from us, and we load them into your reseller panel. From there, you can use these credits to activate and renew lines within your panel.

Do credits expire?

No, credits never expire.

Can I get a refund for unused credits?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for unused credits, as once credits are added to your panel, they cannot be retrieved.

I accidentally used credit(s) on the wrong line, can I undue it?

Unfortunately, lines that have been created or renewed cannot be reverted, so please double-check to ensure you’re activating or renewing the correct line.

Can I create free trials?

Yes, but currently, WICKED IPTV is the only service we offer that includes free trial options. With WICKED IPTV, you can create a trial line for 24, 30, or 48 hours. No free trial options are available for our other services.

Eligibility

This program is intended for IPTV resellers only. Accounts used primarily for personal viewing are not permitted. We reserve the right to decline orders or suspend accounts that don’t meet the minimum active subscription requirements and appear to be for personal use.

Minimum Active Subscriptions & Personal Use Policy

You must maintain at least 2 active subscriptions before placing your first top-up order and within the first 3 months of purchasing your reseller panel. Accounts with only one active subscription during a top-up will be consideredpersonal use, and top-up orders may be restricted until this requirement is met.

By the end of your first year, you must have at least 5 active subscriptions to keep your panel in good standing.

While personal use of reseller credits is permitted, reseller panels used solely for personal viewing are not allowed. Reseller panel activity will be reviewed periodically to ensure compliance. If it’s determined that your reseller panel is being used for personal use only, your reseller access and subscriptions may be restricted or blocked.
